OK! lets clear this up: If you HAVEN'T read up on DNP, AND/OR tried it, quit trashing everything. Mr.X is a goldmine of info on it. Read some of his articles if you must.
I DO know how to diet properly. Some people just don't respond to DNP as well as others. Like how some people don't respond to AAS the same as others. My last 3 attempts, i lost fat, but not jaw dropping amount. I tried carb depleting before starting, then running it low carb. Also tried carb deplete, then running it normal-high carb. THEN, i also tried running it no carb deplete, and regular diet.. And i always kept my kcals @ BMR.
The only problem w/ each of those was i couldn't lift as hard as i wanted too and was too damn lethargic.. and i felt like dying from starvation.
And as for the Creatine, YES i did drink a lot of water.. a whole hell of a lot.. but i drink 1-1 1/2 gallons a day anyways.

As far as muscle loss goes.. i guarantee its next to nothing. Losing muscle AND gaining strength are not synonomous. I do think that the anabolic effect is true also, as in the last week my lifts are still shooting up by at least 10-20lbs.. and i'm still only eating BMR calories.
