The Secret? ADDERAL!!! I took just 40-60mg a day (it varies person to person), and i was set. I guess thats one good reason for having ADD. lol
Anyways, takin' adderal took away my appetite; i usually have the hardest time controlling it while on DNP. I had to literally set an alarm, and force myself to eat. It also gave me TOO MUCH energy*NOTE: Figure out WHEN and HOW much to take so you don't stay up for 3-4 days @ a time.*
I coupled that w/ creatine (i don't juice), and you can work out even harder than usual.. and my lifts went up the whole time i was running the DNP! No muscle loss there![]()
figured i would add this: I went from 12.8% to 8.3% BF during those 9 days. And YES, i do have ADD. lol. I just never used Adderal until now.
I better get K for this one![]()
Problem with this is that you are cheating your muscles by not taking in maintenance levels of carbs while on DNP. The combination of low carbs and an added amphetamine (adderall) is catabolic to your system. You're working against the mechanism of DNP. Because DNP depletes ATP at the cellular level, you need AT LEAST maintenance carbs to keep the fat burning cycle in place, otherwise you're just spinning your wheels. Sure, you'll still lose "weight" and alot of it will be fat, but you'll also lose LBM and that is just not acceptable for most people using DNP. You want to do everything possible to lose fat while maintaining LBM, that's the point of using DNP.
If you're gonna use that drug, read up on it thoroughly BEFORE you ever ingest a capsule of it.
