I found the BEST way to run DNP!!!

OK, after 3 not-so-impressive DNP cycles, i found a way to make it almost idiot proof (still i'm sure someone out there will :rolleyes: ). I lost 14lbs of BF during this last run, in 9days, running DNP @ 400mg/day.

The Secret? ADDERAL!!! I took just 40-60mg a day (it varies person to person), and i was set. I guess thats one good reason for having ADD. lol

Anyways, takin' adderal took away my appetite; i usually have the hardest time controlling it while on DNP. I had to literally set an alarm, and force myself to eat. It also gave me TOO MUCH energy :confused: *NOTE: Figure out WHEN and HOW much to take so you don't stay up for 3-4 days @ a time.*

I coupled that w/ creatine (i don't juice), and you can work out even harder than usual.. and my lifts went up the whole time i was running the DNP! No muscle loss there :)

figured i would add this: I went from 12.8% to 8.3% BF during those 9 days. And YES, i do have ADD. lol. I just never used Adderal until now.

well, good job. But, if you had no luck the first couple times with dnp until you added your legal speed, then I would assume that it's not dnp but the aderol. I know that if you abuse your aderol and take it higher than normal doses, (or if you really don't have add but get on it for the addiction of it) you'll experience weight loss.

nah its the DNP.. i just had horrible times keeping my cals where they needed to be.. and being SOOO lethargic i barely had the drive/energy to get dressed. the adderal just controlled the appetite and gave me the energy to lift :) I had my bodyfat checked hydrostatic (my best friends dad is a sports dr./surgeon, owns his own clinic, i get free use of all the good stuff!), i went from 12.8% down to 8.3% --> from spare tire to abs. lol. and i'll prolly drop a lil more in the 'after' stage of dnp... hell, i'll probably gain a lil more muscle too if they "anabolic" phase they say that comes after a dnp cycle is true.
 
well good job...as long as you are keeping everything in check .. and not abusing... but becareful bro, the dnp is pretty dangerous..
 
40-60mg adderall a day? Thats like 2x what most people take. I have taken 30mg a day and felt straight cracked out.

I know a girl who takes 60mg a day and she's 100lbs - all she does is get stoned. she's also prescribed xanax.

It's a good appetite suppressant but I just dont see DNP + that much amphetamines as not being at least somewhat dangerous.

In any case, I wouldnt run those two together without heavy AAS - I have no idea how your strength went up while on both of those if you werent eating and the DNP was probably puting you in a catabolic state.

I'll keep this is mind though for the "ultimate feel good stack" dnp + amphetamines + tren :chomp:

nah, dnp is pretty non-catabolic. I weigh 175 @ 5'6", and my prescribed dose is 40mg. I only hit 60mg once in a while.. and that is because to even try and have the energy to lift, cuz i also work overnights and my body hasn't adjusted yet. :(

no juice for me. i've got good genetics --> samoan & german.

Fuck. Here we go again. This whole thread reminds me of the guy who was running DNP with fifty different types of recreational drugs. Posting insane results is a double edged sword.

Lifting heavy with DNP doesn't make any sense. Straight up, you're on a huge caloric deficit -- your body isn't gonna be building shit. If you get an injury, you're fucked. Moderate lifting is good for nullifying catabolism, though.

That said, precisely how much do one's lifts increase in nine days on a DNP and crack cycle, might I ask?
 
Hawaii Dnp is very catabolic. Where did you read that it is anti-catabolic? There had to be some mucle loss in those 14 lbs. Getting stronger does not always equal maintaining muscle. Don't forget that your taking a powerful cns stimulant and creatine.

Also I would be very careful with the adderall/dnp combo. They could be very deadly together. Be sure to watch your water intake. Adderall is a powerful diuretic.
 
If you are having trouble controlling your appetite, you could also try Meridia. And then just use a standard ECA stack for energy, etc.
