After getting back in to working out again. I am getting the feeling my shoulders are lacking behind now. Specifically my Delts.

Normally people say they have a hard time getting there bi's to grow. Well im having an opposite effect here. Im getting tons of growth on my bi's. So much i feel like my shoulds are starting to look small.

What do you guys suggest for a good shoulder work out.
Im open to changing my entire shoulder work out.

Thanks alot

overhead lockouts(rack shoulder presses)
heavy db shoulder presses
heavy shrugs
front shoulder presses(heavy)

**i would recommend overhead lockouts more than anything because you can move a lot of weight on those once you get used to them and that comes a lot of mass on your delts. db shoulder presses are a close second. email me or PM me if need any more help. tb

What are your splits like?? Do you work shoulders by themeselves on their own day or paired with another muscle group?? Every couple of months I switch from working my shoulders alone to splitting them up so on chest day I also do my front delts and on back day I also do my rear and side delts. I have had tremendous growth in my shoulders(probabaly better then any other muscle group)by switching up like this.

In my experience, it is pretty tough to overtrain the delts. You use them a lot of movements that you do in our out of the gym. You have to really hit them hard. If you are not overloading them, (like any muscle group), they aren't forced to grow. Make em give up.
