Whoah! I feel like singing some James Brown. I just had the best chest and delt workout since by rotator cuff surgery. I flat benched 205 for 8 reps. Granted, that used to be part of my warm up weight, but there was no pain. I also did some incline presses with 135 and incline flyes with 30's. I was not able to do any incline exercises at all before the operation.

I know the poundage is kind of wimpy but I'm taking this as a good sign that the surgery worked considering I can do exercises now that I have been unable to do without extreme pain for several years.

I've spent the last 10 weeks doing intense phys therapy for my RCs (both sides). I'm going to let up on it a bit. I'll probably do some RC isolation exercises once a week to maintain some strength.
 
great to hear bro.. i spent a long time battling my shoulder problems so its good to see someone else getting over them and getting their bench back up

315 for reps before you know it, the months are gonna fly by
