i dunno bout cardio and no carbs

Um at the start of you post you weighed in at 120, but two days later you are 126? Maybe you mis-typed, if not I don`t know what is up with that!

You always say you can`t get abs...you prolly do have abs--- with a layer of fat over them...I am guessing here.

I don`t know how long you have been dieting, but your calories are too low. If you have been dieting for over a month or so, I would eat alot for a few days (preferably a week) to raise you metabolism and then try to diet again.

Your body gets used to what you are doing, so you need to constantly trick it.
 
Missy your abs are there, you just have a layer of water and fat over them. You are probably not eating enough, which is just as bad, if not worse, than eating too much. If you're a 120 woman that is weight training and doing cardio you should at least be getting 1500 cals minimum. That's about 12.5X your weight. On weekends go up to about 2000 to keep your metabolism up. It just takes time.
