Hello all, this is my first post. I am here cuz I have been trying to better my physique in the last 3 years. I am entering the 30's, so long 20's and teenage years. I don't wanna compete, i don't wanna be huge, I don't wanna look like Ronnie. I just wanna look good and if possible slow down the aging process. I been reading and I am considering a Primo/Priviron cycle of 4- 6 weeks. I been reading and seems to be a good hardening stack without the added mass which is what I am hoping to achieve. I have tried sdrol and hdrol in the past with great results. Sdrol gave me strenght I never new I had and hdrol helped me lose fat. My last hdrol cycle was only 4 weeks at 50mg a day (25 mg every 12 hrs) and boy oh boy, people at work and everywhere been telling me I lost weight, and in reality I only lost like 8 pounds but I think 85% of those 8 pounds were pure fat cuz I've had a lot of compliments. Thanks for taking the time to read and if there's anyone on here thats not after the competition or big muscle mr olympia look please add me as a friend so we can discuss and possible exchange tips and what not. Thanks for the suggestions you guys, just to add more info I am 6'2. 250 lbs. my body fat at about 18%. My goals are 230lbs, body fat 14%. My diet in december wasn't too bad but wasn't where it shoulda been. About 2500 -2800 calories a day, skinless boneless chicken breast, otameal , brown rice and vegetables, a galon of water a day, avoid salt, sugar, cooking oils, no salad dressings, I use a lot of lemon juice to make vegetables a bit tasty.

You gonna need roughly 1-2 grams of protein for every pound of bodyweight
Eat clean wholesome foods not processed.
divide meals into 6-7 smaller servings thru-out the day.

long acting , test E /C / Sustanon would be goood.. Test prop it requires frequent injections to keep blood levels stable. Goodluck
 
Test Eth or Cyp 2 injs of 250 twice wk mon-thurs will keep level where you want them and beware this will give you more sex drive if this is your first time on test.

is injection frequency the only reason mods and vets recommend eth over prop? ive cycled with prop twice and had no bloat, no need for ai, no sides at all really. but i was used to ed injections. arent u more susceptible to bloat on eth? Im just wondering why e always gets the nod over prop or am i missing something? or prob alot of things?
 
I don't bloat off of test e I use arromasin. You should also use some sort of anti estrogen with test prop

but why does e always seem to get the nod from vets when they are recommending a test ester to a newb?

wouldnt u want it to be prop cause if there was a problem it will clear out sooner?

I think its more of the needle frequency for a first timer. I personally was able to convince myself to take 2 shots a week. Prop is ED or EOD which is a lot of needles for the newbie. Just my opinion and why I recommend it (and why it was recommended to me)

E or C always gets the nod for someone who hasnt used steroids. Why would one suggest test prop? Its painful, it has to be injected ed or eod. More injections lead to possible complications.

All test is going to give the same outcome, so if all things are equal, why not go with something you have to inject less.

Now, it is true that the longer acting test can lead to estrogen build up. However, i dont think it is significent enough to put yourself through a painful test prop cycle.

Just my opinion...

What if the injection problem was not an issue? I was used to daily injections long before my first cycle.

I would hate to see a newb, under the advice of a vet, encounter a problem with eth, and the vet have to tell him sorry but it will be x amount of days until it clears out.

With me, i asked everyone why eth over prop, injection frequency for a newb was always the problem. Im not sure what my point is here, other than i think certain responses to newbs are generically generated. not flaming, just thinking, maybe i shouldnt be doing that. and i know ive highjacked this thread
 
Thanks for bearing with a newbie like me, Last QUESTION ON THIS MATTER , I think I am going with test E, can I stack it with Trenbolone? what other meds will i need during and post cycle? Thanks to all the vets for taking the time to help me with my first cycle. Remember I am not looking to gain mass but to achieve a leaner-harder look.
 
Don't mess with Tren ,its for advanced users and will Shut you down harder than anything else out there.

Your goals sound like alot of guys on here.
What type of dosages are you considering with the PRIMO?
 
I was thinking 300-400 mg of primo a week. I been reading up on gear for a while and there are so many options. I think I am going with Test E 400-500 mg a week, may add some clen, I know I need aromasin, nolvadex and milk thistle. I will be using flaxseed oil, 1 multivitamin a day, glucosamine. I will be starting this cycle in about 3 weeks and will run it for 16 weeks.
 
Honestly, just stick to the Test if you have never ran a test only cycle. Save the other compounds for other cycles. If you have never used an injectible cycle do test and see what that does to you. You might be able to reach your goals with just that cycle. The test will help you lose weight if you have a lot to lose.

Dont worry about clen, stick to caffiene before your work out and work out hard! i guarantee you will get more compliments just as you did with the hdrol and sdrol.

Then take your results from that cycle and plan out your next cycle. (Because there will be another one!):)
 
Thanks Armyman, just how I like things in and out, simple, short and to the point. Just so happens I have a bunch of caffeine pills my friend that works in a supplement factory got me the other day, I will put them to use. One thing, will the test give me the concentration and motivation or could I use a pre work out shake???????
 
it looks to me like a low dose of gh is more up your alley or the results you want. i would start researching that over aas. i dont think you need it. a good diet and training program will go a long way. post up your full diet with times, training, and full stats if you want us to have a look at it.
 
The nice thing about GH is that it will help you lose the weight, you will feel younger, more energetic and has no sideffects... (That I know of)
Cons: Slower than Roids, has to be ran much longer.. and expensive

2iu ed gh isnt to bad. it also keeps you younger looking. it can have sides.
