proper aiming can be done with practice, but just sitting down is a lot easier. i have noticed that with bigger jewelry aiming is easier.

no numbing, nothing.

i have no plans to stretch this at the moment. if i did, i wouldn't stretch it much. i've been told that once you get beyond 6ga sex is painful.
