or
jackangel and miplank together
 
i used to bench press girls for fun until you drop one because they cant hold still. usually results in a tail bone or something directly to the nose. then acting like a badass goes out the windo when your nose is bleeding.
 
I don't know my max for bench but I did challenge a guy to a pushup contest last night. I knew I wouldn't win but could make a decent showing - better than everybody would expect. I got to.... 52. Not too bad, could be better.

So usualy a press up is counted as having your chest an inch off the floor but aint that cheating when you have tits!?

lol i knew you would respond with something like this.

I almost lost to a girl in push ups once. my face was beat red it took everything inside of me to win. i was sore from chest day and i had a crowd making me laugh. we didnt count i just had to last longer.

I've done it with many women, the oldest being 54 yrs old.. and she's 124 lbs and can leg press 400 for 12..

thats really impressive! for me that would be about a 290 lbs bench.....
Its been getting progressively harder to go up in weight after about 130 lbs on my bench, whereas before that it was pretty easy(fast) progressing....

as far as this new PR, it took me almost 5 weeks to go up just 10 pounds....and i've been trying too.lol

i'm really proud of myself regardless. genuinely ecstatic about my progress albeit a slow one. shameless mememe thread.:heart:

I'm not 54 but 112 and can leg press 500lbs - though probably only 8-10 reps. 5 big guys and a 25 on each side - yeah that's 500. :)

I would like tips on getting my bench up though.

if your 150 lbs or less.
maxed out at 160x2 last week so i could probably get you up too if you weigh a bit more than 150!

i've read plenty of posts/articles about benching and some friends from the weight lifting forum gave me some great tips on how to improve technique and so on. my training partner/spotter is great also, and helps with my form as well. i can PM you hints i learned or use the training forum. its great, and the guys always help out. but as you can see even with all this help from different sources, i cant make my progress faster, but im not stressing.:)
 
thanks ladies and gents! ill probably take me a while to reach 170. omg 170 pounds!!!

anyways i'll make another mememe thread when i do!lol
