I am perfectly situated to beat your challenge!

I'm 10 weeks into a 12 week layoff, I've lost 12lbs already and will be around 210lbs when I get back into the gym after my vacation. I WILL gain at least a pound a week for the next 20 weeks...

Hey Buddy!

My finals at Uni and starting up my own business have curtailed my training energy. This was compounded by the fact that I had tendonitis in both knees and my shoulder getting out of shape again (a re-occurance of my torn roator cuff in early 2002. It was a good time to take a long break!

I'm feeling great now, having had 10 weeks off. I've been swimming a few miles a week and visiting my sport therapist and osteopathic doctor (who is a legend!) and I'm ready to resume training when I get back from a tour of Europe in two weeks. My girlfriend still says I'm huge (210 feels very small to me) and random people still ask if I'm a football player or a bouncer, but I'll be much happier when I'm back up over 225.

Havn't been posting here much but I've been logging in briefly to see what's going on...

I'd call 15 & 5 doable but 15/10 sounds too ambitious natural. Good luck with it!

Yeah, I always grow back better after losing some. RIght now I´m 210 but my body has the support systems in place to carry 225lb. Dieting down and then massing up bigger then ever is something I learned from some British guys who ran Chemical Warfare - now Chemical Nutrition, Dorian´s company.
They call it "creating a vacume". Just bulk up huge so that your body is used to being heavier than before, fat is fine. Then cut up fast, and fill the void with lean muscle.

I´ve done some light stacks and had OK results but I think that I´ll be a natty from now on. Maybe when I´m in my 50´s I´ll use again to boost my failing hormone system. Last stack was over 6 months ago and the previous stack was a year before that. Tore my quad on the last cycle, and I prefer to do things that will benefit me in the long run...
