if Milos Sarvec with one of the most impressive chests out there is only using 80's for his incline DB press, with the most perfect slow strict form, why should anyone on EF feel the need to do much more, unless they are going for power over bodybuilding.
 
Yep, slow training will let you focus on the muscles that are supposed to be lifting the weights, instead of sharing the load with other groups.

Exactly and I would challenge almost anyone to videotape themselves squatting. I would be willing to bet a lot of money that most people who think they are going A2G or at least parallel are in fact not doing so. I know I was not as low as I thought I was, and I have seen so many people preach low squats who are actually stopping before even going parallel and don't even know it.
