I can't walk...no joke

Shit that sounds sick. Talk about chocking the muscle. As it might work for muscles who we work with daily, it might work with the arms as we work them pretty often if you think of it. While doing Chest, while doing shoulders and back, also when doing legs(SLDL works some of the biceps). A while ago I looked at a program that was designed for adding some 1" or so for the arms in notime. I think it was posted on the t-mag. Anyone tried something like a high(very high) rep workout for the arms?

Nelson: Do you still train with this routine and if so, do you still get the intense lactic acid buildup.

I've tried this with my forearms and it also gives an incredible pump.

Everyone responds to this routine. If you want more like it, you know where to go. (hint, hint) :) [/B][/QUOTE]

Hey Nelson, I got the book and I've read about half of it. I will read the rest soon. Very interesting and great facts. I'll give the exercises a try and tell you how I like them. The ab exersice seems pretty promising to me because I have low back problems.....Anyway, great book bro and thanks for the help.

Thanks JLA. The ab exercise is actually good for your back but it may take some time to get a feel for it. Go slow and work your way up.

hairloss: Yes, I still train my calves this way for no other reason than I haven't found anything more effective. My calves have maxed out and at age 49 I'm not going to grow anymore (unless I did a serious cycle) so it's just a way to maintain what I have. Hey, it's only 4 minutes a week! I can swing that.

shit nelson that was you that wrote that article? i remember reading that in musclemag and tried it myself. shit does work- everyone with lagging calves should give it a shot before turning it down
