I can't walk...no joke

At my gym we have a name for this workout....

"Seated Nelson Presses".

Very effective....very painful.

I was walking down the street the other day and some anorexic chickens started checking out my calves and whistling!

I no longer stick in the sand when I play beach volleyball!
 
Beach: I only use this once per week. I also train them eith low reps once per week too.

Sofa George: I tried this with forearms yesterday and got an insane pump, but not as much post-workout soreness as calves. I just can't get my forearms or delts to be sore the day after lifting.
