I always have problems sleeping when I am dieting. I think I am going to see a Dr and get a script for something this terrible.
Well stay away from sarquil or how ever its spelled. Big time groggy feeling in the morning. Whats the point of getting sleep if you feel like you have not gotten any. yep, and you dont get much REM either. They work to make you ''sleep'' but it's not really restorative sleep. Stage IV doesn't go by that name anymore, it's just called S3 or slow wave sleep.
