Interesting...

wait, use this link instead, I had to edit it before you quoted it
http://aresgalaxy.sourceforge.net/

It's like Itunes for free.

THEN, you have a library of all your ares downloads.
Right click on any song you downloaded with THAT program.
THEN "Locate File"
THEN right click the songs in the files and
THEN click on "Open WIth" and choose Itunes

It will then autoload that song into your Itunes library. Its fast if you do a bunch at a time. Or, you can just listen to your songs through Ares own library feature, but the above is how you can load free songs to your ipod through Itunes. Basically ripping it them

well do it real quick and let me know what you think. Bob Seger songs for everyone awaits my man

Looks like a no go for Mac. .exe files are different from .dmg files.

well then just limewire them.
http://www.limewire.com/

By the way, you really should get parallels to run windows on your mac as a virtual machine. It's cheap and you can run everything as a virtual program. Best of both worlds. You have .mac and all windows all one one machine. Just toggle between the two

I've been reading about The Parallel program...but Leopard 10.5 is due out this October and already has the Boot Camp software built in.

bootcamp you have to restart after toggling. Parallels is a "Fast" toggle. Meaning, like clicking between tabs and can run at the same time. Last time I checked it was only $79 plus the cost, if you wanna pay for windows XP. Its cheap.
But I digress, it can make like alot better but I dont know your computer usage. So I am just offering options, perhaps at a cocktail party you can look smart by saying this as an option.
But, really. That is why Mac is the best of both worlds, you get both. Surf relatively virus free still with Safari on the mac platform. Run programs on a virtual machine, that exists, within a matrix in parallels, it's like runnning windows programs with a condom on.

But www.limeware.com also shares files on mac users, sorta like Ares Igotcha I beleive. And since Mac, no one wastes too much time writing virii for that platform as only savvy people use it. Then, it's not worth their time

Lots of good points there...my guess is, MicroSoftDick is gonna be the equivalent to the old west here in the next 5-10 years. I'll never own another PC as long as I live.
