I can't decide what to do

I have a cross country race tomorrow, and today was the day I was planning to lift, and I cant lift tomorrow after the meet because I have to go to marching band, I lifted last on tuesday and if I don't lift tonight I won't be able to lift again until saturday would lifting tonight (upper body only) have any effect on my performance? please reply because I'm trying to get to bed early tonight to be rested for the meet
 
Its not going to kill you if you miss a day or two. Focus on your current activies and focus on training when you have time. KEEP IT SIMPLE!!
