I must say, this is a valid point. One of the participants in this smackdown puts their pics out there for all to see in avi's all the time...one does not. This is indisputable.

Not bad for a 45 yr old hag with Lupus and Lyme disease. I work out 4 x a week; my tits are real and firm, I have a tighter ass than most 20 yrs olds and my body is SOLID!

Shirl, I was stressed she was taping me and was only using a 55# DB so I was going too fast for sure. I will slow it down once I get the form down. Thanks and good point
 
its cool....I do em with 130#s (then can barely walk for a day) ...I'd probably go way too fast with 55#s too
