Although I do not know what made you come to your senses about the whole BB lifestyle, I know it takes a lot of courage to face the music and realise one's mistakes and shortcomings the way you did (whatever those mistakes may be) and decide to do something about it.

you'll be missed on the board..you always gave good advice and when i saw your name i focused on your post ...it may be good to take a break and refocus your goals and lifestyle...you sound like you went overboard to the detriment of your own social relationships and ego involvement...that can happen..but you are addressing it...remember you are a good teacher and there is a need of your caliber on the board...maybe after a break and refocusing for the better u may want to let us know how u are doing and contribute again..anyway, good health both in mind and body (which is what u are)
