I have been on the curm diet for a week and look like I got ran over by a truck. Before everything was full and round now my chest is flatten and my arms are deflated. My abs are comming through but fuck is there any middle ground here. Started out at 206 16% at 203 now. Just woundering if a carb up is needed or if its normal in the first stages of a diet like this. Thanx for the help
