He claimed to be and I have no reason to doubt it. I take everyone at face-value. I found it to be DISGUSTING that he would openly brag that he beat a fucking DUI with some fancy lawyering and then posts up and fuckin BRAGS about it.... Rich or poor - you drink and drive and get popped DO YOUR TIME and STFU about it because you should be thankin your lucky stars that you didn't kill or mame someone.

lol i called the cops on my ex in 1998 when he wrestled the car keys from me and insisted on getting behind the wheel to go meet his buddies at a dive bar about 25 minutes awawy from our house. He had already guzzled 6 beers and a half bottle of vodka in roughly 1 hour. he couldnt even focus his eyeballs straight and he was slurring up a storm. but i told him, if you leave here (our house), i will call the cops. i kept saying it over and over and over - about 12 times. he left and i did exactly that. he was arrested right as he was getting on the ramp for I-80. good thing they stopped him.

i was mostly concerned that he would kill someone else. it's the kind of thing you think won't happen to you until it happens to you.

so that was 9 years ago and he still doesnt have his license back. it's safer for everyone else on the road anyway, he was a sucky driver.

LMFAO... a week before that he was threatening to 'Take my house' in the divorce. I wonder if that was a coincidence?
