shiggyduh, you need to listen to those guys. People aren't answering your question because you are 5'10" and 145 lbs. You look like you just walked out of a prisoner concentration camp. You aren't eating nearly enough.
Post up your diet and training. I'm mostly interested in your total calories and macro breakdown. Also interested to see what your training looks like. If you fix your diet and training you could get to 200 lbs naturally, fairly quickly. Stick with it for a couple more years and you could get to 220-240 even (natty).
