I am losing my shit...

I was about 175lbs at 27-28 I got real about this working, out eating right and now I'm at 210-215lbs. I'm 30 now and that was all natural I'm also 5'10". DIET IS A HUGE PART of lifting, that's how I gained weight and muscle. I haven't taken a cycle yet but when I lose some more BF% I am for sure. Either Beast or Hella but these guys on this site know there stuff. Up your protein and carbs, you will gain with a strict diet. Plus your age!!! Shit I wish I was 21 and know what I know now, I would be huge in Japan!!!

shiggyduh, you need to listen to those guys. People aren't answering your question because you are 5'10" and 145 lbs. You look like you just walked out of a prisoner concentration camp. You aren't eating nearly enough.

Post up your diet and training. I'm mostly interested in your total calories and macro breakdown. Also interested to see what your training looks like. If you fix your diet and training you could get to 200 lbs naturally, fairly quickly. Stick with it for a couple more years and you could get to 220-240 even (natty).

You have alot of room to grow without taking anything. Stick around here and learn all you can from the training and nutrition sections. PM some of the top dogs in here and they will GLADLY set you up with a good nutrition and training regimen.

Understood, just got a little annoyed getting called illiterate for just looking out for the dude, in the end of it I could care less actually now. If he listens to everyone here good for him.

LMAO. Im actually not dude. I did just get back from the gym tho.

It just bothers me when people like him come in here and try to be a smart ass. They ask for opinions than when EVERYONE tells him he shouldnt do it, he says he's been doing his homework. Obviously lookin up the wrong shit o]r you wouldnt be the size of a prepubescent ethiopian.

Lets keep it clean in here..Have your disagreements like men and debate it out, instead of name calling.I like everyone in this thread, i dont want to start handing out timeouts.

For the op there is a ton of info in the diet and traning section also, with the numbers you are posting, you should in the very least give these sections a LONG hard look before thinking of jumping on a cycle.

I agree and I TRY not to do that. I was just completely flabbergasted when he said he's 145 pounds and wanting to jump on Gear. I was even MORE amazed when some of our members ACTUALLY gave the kid advice on gear use.

But in defense of myself, I dont think I said anything rude UNTIL he started saying shit like we were illiterate for not answering his question. And how he is so wise because he has a college education and "has been doing research":rolleyes:. Yet clearly he knows near nothing.

But I will try not to be such an A-hole next time hurricane.....friends? :friends: lol
 
To the op first thing yu should do is stop! 21? gimme a break i was training when you was in diapers. You don't know nothing about the mechanics of the human body.

I would post up my thread about loosing fat and gaining muscle, but! I feel it would do no good, Enjoy your path to destruction.

The dbol didn't gain me a lb. I noticed Max weights increased dramatically and my veins became...veinier. I got more of a lean tone too. But no weight gain.

Prolly cos you weren't eating enough!
