Looks like it was made for making cool DVD's. It has input and output jacks for video, SVHS, and firewire as well as NERO software for burning and editing.
I was going to get a Panasonic DVD burner with 60GB hard drive for $750 but why not get the computer for $1300? It has a Pentium 2.4 vs. my current 1.7 and DDR memory so the performance should be significantly better than my old computer.
The Panasonic is better suited for copying TV programs but I'm not into TV. However I have hundreds of video movies that I would like to move to DVD for storage.
Any thoughts?
