It ain't gonna be pretty.
He is at 60% complete now, the bill he gave me was $16,400. Remember the entire thing was only $7000 and he put that in writing.
He has not made any time adjustments on this bill. We already covered that.
He for some reason STILL billed me for labor and materials those two weeks when they did nothing but tear everything back down and start over because the fuck ups failed to pass inspection.
The amount of dry wall needed to finish the inside is xxx amount. I have the same xxx amount of drywall sitting in my driveway. But on this bill, it is 5X the xxx amount of drywall. Where the hell is all this other dry wall and why do I need it?
He had his two guys over here two days using my material to build his mother a bookcase for her home. He claims it was scrap material. I do not see a deduction for this AND I got billed for those 5 hours those two guys were here each. His momma ain't never sucked my dick, so the bitch better pay for her own labor fees and materials.
I still have electrician fees for three visits that were unnecessary because the guy could not work at this point because they were so far behind. They knew this before he came. They still billed me for this.
He has brought different people to my house to show them around so they can see the work. However the "work" that he is showing them is my kitchen, guest bathroom and master bedroom. Work that I did completely myself. 100% of every piece of work and detail there is MINE. And he is passing it off as his own. From the idea, blueprint, design, work, on down to the last nail and paint, I did 100% of all that work. Yet he is still giving tours of my home to show people everything BUT what he is doing.
