I am getting frustrated.

I am eating constantly even when I am full but still no weight gain. I haeven resorted to mass gain shakes. if this continues not to work, I am going to start on a Krispy kreme, McDonalds and Dairy Queen diet with a protien supplementation. GRRRrrrr! :taco: :RADAR

Do not start on that rubbish krispy kreme, McDonalds crap...

throw in a little male hormone supplementation and that's pretty much what my diet has been for the last 12 weeks. . .went from 210 to 235 :whatever:
 
I swear I eat like 20-30 steaks a week
Eggs oatmeal and sausage for breakfast. usually a sub for lunch I also buy an extra package of roat beef to throw on the sub dinner Steak or three brocolli or asparagus and protien shakes. I eat like every two hours. This has never happened to me before I usually can grow like a weed. Saturday I bought mega mass shake mix 1000 calories per shake

blah blah blah....I gain weight looking at a donut.
In all seriousness, if you cannot gain weight, maybe it's a medical issue. Not normal to not gain weight with that much intake
 
Co-b, you doing any cardio?

i always see people complaining they can't gain weight, then jogging 10 miles a day.

oh yeah I do have archer farms mixed nuts and nibble them all day. but good suggestion

hypothetically speaking. . .how long would said hypothetical person have been on said hypothetical regimen?? those hypothetical substances are both quite long-acting. . .rome wasn't hypothetically built in a day.

yeah I used to do an hour before my workout before I learned your insulin spike is gone after 45 minutes. Then I cut it down to 20 minutes then 10 now I am gonna cut it out totally and watch my respiratory system go to heck

A said person might have been on that for about 5 weeks. Week 3-4 should hve kicked in the long acting esthers which I believe have I can feel it and there is no way on this planet any said person would not gain weight with this amount of food intake without a substance kicking in. Thats my theory.

Shakes are kinda counterproductive since they make me fee full for like 2+ hours so I am going to see about one of those 3000 calorie shakes. The one I found also had lots of good amino acids and schtuff

if we were over on the 'roid board, i'd tell you to wait till week six before you get too concerned. . .but we're not. . .so i'm not saying that. . .

Yeah you are probably right I would worry about my cholesterol levels big time without cardio and a fatty diet. Could you only imagine what would happen if you threw some kind of substance in your body such as Test.

Probably but since I dont do illegal substances I dont know. But maybe in six weeks that great stuff I got at GNC might kick in I will let you know!

I heard that test kicks in after 2-3 weeks since it has a half life of 14 days but EQ would has a longer half life. Just what I heard
