Eggs oatmeal and sausage for breakfast. usually a sub for lunch I also buy an extra package of roat beef to throw on the sub dinner Steak or three brocolli or asparagus and protien shakes. I eat like every two hours. This has never happened to me before I usually can grow like a weed. Saturday I bought mega mass shake mix 1000 calories per shake

Shakes are kinda counterproductive since they make me fee full for like 2+ hours so I am going to see about one of those 3000 calorie shakes. The one I found also had lots of good amino acids and schtuff
