Im a bit confused. Obviously if you did the suggested chest workout u posted on page 1.... of course it will burn and work your chest. That's a ton of volume. I mean 7 sets of anything with 45 secs rest.. with that rep range is gonna hurt and "work." Being sore the next day isn't a sign of a ubah muscle growth.
My confusion stems from recovery...wouldn't it be very difficult to recover fast enough to hit that same workout twice a week? Let alone recovering your CNS.
Second question is why do you suggest doing chest work on a slight incline?
