I went to the grocery store last night....and there's a sample lady there hawking the new South Beach Diet pre-packaged meals......

So I bought 5 of them.....

and just ate all 5 in one sitting.

Nah......I'm fine at home. I had to come into my office for a little while....so I brought them with me, in part so I could offer them to my sloppy sales guys, and as a quick bite for myself.....

They wanted no part of them....and I wanted to try each one.....

So I did.......calorie wise, I could have done much worse.....but there's enough salt in these fuckers to float a horse.
