I prefer bigger dogs like labs myself......but I could own a smaller dog like that, as long as it didn't yap alot. I hate yapping dogs. I wouldn't mind having a jack russell or a mini dobi or shnauz.

i live in a "dog friendly" part of town; they are allowed in the coffee shops and bars and most of the restaurants. even the most rough looking, macho guys here often have tiny lap dogs they lavish public affection on.....what's the big deal here?
