best ways to run tb500 as a tri-athlete

34 years old and I am 207 pounds
Looking to improve my endurance and also recovery times. A lot of runners and swimmers have discussed tb500 and it sparked my interest. I would like to try it myself and I’m looking for suggestions as to what are the best dosages for someone like me who is a triathlete and who trains pretty much every day for long periods.

5mgs per week but split the dose 1/2 1/2
 
monstro says go 10 milligrams hit it hard for at least six or seven weeks
 
sometimes with peptides you want to have a loading phase maybe five or ten milligrams the first couple weeks and then you can drop it off
