old news.......actually, I really like the car cept for the grill......you cant see it in that pic, but it's really obnoxious looking.

The front end looks just like a Honda Accord.. I wonder about longevity

It's my understanding Hyundai is much improved but not yet on par with Honda/Toyota.

Still I'd predict a current generation Alabama built Sonata would beat most U.S. offerings in terms of reliability.

I'd get a moped B4 a Hyundai....

I think they have a 100,000 mile warranty

I don't think powertrain warranties are worth the paper they're written on.

For most modern cars the engine/tranny won't wear out in 100k and if they do the stealership is going to claim abuse and require proof of meticulous maintenance records.

Peripheral engine component, e.g, alternators, ac, electronic fuel pumps, etc ... are far more like to falter before internal engine components, and they are not covered under the powertrain warranty.

KIA and other sub par Korean makes offer 100k powertrain warranties, but I don't see the correlation between quality and length of warranty.

i will never consider a Hyundai a luxuary car ..titled or not

Do they REALLY think the demographics that buy these types of cars will buy a HYUNDAI?

Methinks they made this car to sell to other than us markets. It might do well in other countries. The world doesn't revolve around the US anymore unf.
