take a look at one of my work partners and his transformation before his show. sick results, his diet is strict. But again diet is 95%. hope is cool to post his site. if not sorry.

I believe it's the other way around.

Diet is mostly about overall weight -- gain, loss or maintenece. Then you tweek it to make it healthy and then you tweek it to get the best ratio for muscle growth and minimal fat -- which can actually be better produced with supplements. Even Vice Gironda, the diet GURU felt this way and that was back when supplements were very basic.

As Jack LaLanne told me: "You don't make a race horse a champion by feeding him well. "

Take two guys with equal genetics, one eats so so and busts his ass in the gym, and another who eats perfectly and trains so so . Who do you think is going to look better?

As I said in my book: "A bulldog doesn't get to look like a Greyhound by eating like one."
