I've been trying to set up an HST routine. I was thinking of doing alternating days with something like:
Day 1
Front Squat
GP Row
Bench
Abs
Day 2
GM
Shoulder Press
Weighted Dips
Pull Ups.
Does that look good? I'm not sure whether I'm leaving anything out. GMs and pull-ups are my weakest lifts (on a relative basis), so I want to work hard on them.
