So this will be my 5th workout day of HST, second to last day of doing the 15 reps. Getting tougher now.
So first off, I have an arsenal of 14 exercises that I know my 15, 10, and 5 rep max for.
For any given day I do 9-10 of those, 2 sets each at the set number of reps.
Every workout has Deads and Squats. The other ones rotate a bit.. but this is what I do.
Deads
Squats
Bench
Shoulder Press
Shrugs
Back (pull down or row)
Bis
Tris
Hamstrings
So the workouts have been making me feel good.. but I hope that is not just because its so much so fast and so many reps its like circuit training. No way to gauge any strength gains. Weight is pretty consistent.. maybe up a pound or two.
Have not been doing cardio or abs.. but I need to do cardio because I'm racing in a 5K in 3 weeks!
I finish the 15 rep cycle this Thursday.. and then I am taking 4 days off and jumping into the 10 reps on Tuesday.
