WORD!!! "gotaclue" One of the reasons I posted my training journal here as well. In their defense though, ask any science based question on HST and they'll jump all over it!!! Lot of book smart guys over there.

Really isnt all that many sets if ya can find the thread over there with everyones dif training splits.

Bro, too many excercises there. You need to drop a couple or alternate some. I've been doing HRT for about 9 months now and love it! Good luck!

ive been training with HST for a couple years now, your routine looks good. I'd drop the rope pull downs and one or two of those bicep curls... probably one chest exercise as well..

I have been able to do DL and squats on the same day, but it will eventually burn me out to the point where I go a few weeks doing neither.. but I find I get good gains when I work them BOTH each workout consistently. I do them first.. do the small isolation stuff last.
