hows this for a routine?

mon:Flat bench. dips, tris, abs
tues:hams quads, pre-cardio
wed:cardio
thurs:incline press, military press, cuff exercises
fri: lats , traps, lower back , bi, abs
sat:cardio

im going to experiment on this and see if it will help develope my chest a little better, and get better cuts
 
I don't like it bro. I think with the flat bench, incline, and military, your delts and tri's are going to be bamboozeled in a short time. Just my opinion
