I've been eating Reduced Fat cheeze its near daily now...

one serving has:

4.5g of fat. 40 of the 140 calories are from fat
1g of that fat is saturated.

20g of total carbs.. less then 1g of sugar.

4g of protein..

Doens't seem all that bad for me.. and they make a great snack.. what do you think?

Most cheese has close to zero carbs I thought...if you just ate regular cheese you'd be getting more saturated fat and less carbs, so it depends on which you'd rather have in your diet.

is ok in my book, are you trying to bulk?
yeah.. trying to put on a little weight.. not too much fat though.. i want to keep eating all day to keep my metabolism going.

here's another snack I have been eating a lot... these new Kellogs Krave bars...

Total fat: 7g
Saturated fat 3.g
Total carbs: 29g
Fiber: 2g
Sugars 21g
Protein 7g

They advertise these as basically a candy bar with half the fat...

Man, lunchables are fucking awesome. I just always feel gay when I'm eating them though...like everyone is like, "Look at that fag eating a lunchable. Does he think he's six?"

Krave - food processing gone wild!
Jeffrey Reggio made a movie called "Koyaanisqatsi" meaning "Life out of balance". Kellogs Corporation makes a candy bar called "Krave". The 39 unique ingredients of "Krave" listed on its wrapper are presented below. To me they are also the perfect definition of life out of balance, or as my title puts it "food processing gone wild". Judge for yourself.

Corn syrup
Soy protein isolate
Fructose
Rice flour
Soy protein concentrate
Sugar
Malt flavoring
Salt
Chocolate
Cocoa butter
Artificial flavoring
Cream
Malt extract
Rice bran
Corn syrup solids
Skim milk
Partially hydrogenated soybean and cottonseed oil
Inulin from chicory root
Cocoa treated with alkali
Whey protein isolate
Natural and artificial flavor
Gelatin
Glycerin
Soy lechthin
Peanut flour
Partially hydrogenated palm kernal and palm oils
Nonfat dry milk
Cocoa
Dimagnesium phosphate
Calcium phosphate
Natural and artificial chocolate flavor
Sodium ascorbate (vitamin C)
Alpha tocopherol acetate (vitamin E)
Vitamin A palmitate
Niacinamide
Pyrodixine hydrochloride (vitamin B6)
Thiamin hydrochloride (vitamin B1)
Riboflavin (vitamin B2)
Vitamin B12

Anything with Partially hydrogenated anything in it I would stay away from.

I second that.
Actually I should thrid that - my nutritionist has long since banned such food from my life for me. LOL

Seriously the stuff is garbage and it's in food products because it's a cheap filler. Also, if anyone has noticed some of the same products that are in your food are in your grooming products because they are cheap binders.

Something to think about.
