Ok, I'm running 1-2 miles 2 days on and 1 day off for the next week. I'm preparing for a PFT (AF). I have dropped my 1.5 run time considerably. I'm currently at a 10:12 1.5 mile run if I didn't goof and forget 1 lap. So, here are my stats, and I am wondering how do I tell how many calories I am burning so I can compensate.
5'10.
Probable 12% BF Guess.
Fairly High Metabolism
170.5 lbs (accurate)
I have been running like this since thursday or so. I have lost 1 lb or so, but that could be just water weight.
So are there any calculators out there?
