It actually works however it wont knock you out.. it causing a temporary loss of blood to the brain via the ? artery on the side of your neck.. Ive had it done it will make you loss swimmy for about 15 to 20 seconds... it wont knock you out.. sorry I could not remember the artery in the neck..
