For me, Prop is a strange one...... Some shots hurt like a bitch the next day, and other times it's painless..... One thing I have learned, is that if I shoot it in my glute, even a painful shot is more managable then a delt/quad shot..... I try to go as upper/outer as I can on the Glute, like literally shooting from my side below my pelvic bone, about 1 inch back.... That area doesn't flex as much as the rest of the glute when walking, unless your going up alot of stairs..... Still, I gotta say, stear clear of the quads if your Prop is giving you pain..... A sore shoulder is better then a sore Quad in my book..... If your shoulder is sore, you can say you are sore from a workout, or popped your shoulder working out...... But if youre limping around at work all day, people tend to ask more questions, and I don't like questions.....
