Mr. X and habitual both do have a point bro...............
Massage it and apply a heat pack thats available in any pharmacy. When i say massage it i dont mean massage(tease) it like your girlfriend bro, be a man about it, rub it in good as to help it disperse faster than usual.
I see a lot of people suggesting filtered soy oil, grapeseed oil, im surprised that some forgot to mention flaxseed oil, but honestly bro.......
Is it only Prop that you are using, i recommend cutting it with something like equipose or deca. If nothing else but Propionate is being used then do proceed with the directions that guys above told you even though i am afraid to bake my gear as im a very BAD COOK, but running the gear under warm water helps, i mean big time as it even seems to me that the viscosity of the oil that gear is suspended in thins out.
That makes two beneficial things, for one its easier to push in (especially through 25" gauge) and it also eases up the pain bit more than usual, that along massaging it quite nicely.
I remember my first Prop shot in the quads, damn i couldnt walk for 2 days, much less do a freakin' cardio session. But all the best in trying to lower the pain.
