HOW TO: Foods To Gain Upper-Arm Gerth???

ButteCo

I think I have a fast/high metabolism...

I am a flaky build but work out every day! I have good muscle definition but want to increase the size of my arms...

Day to Day the diameter of my upper arm/bicep area fluctuates...

If I eat a salmon filet and drink my weight gainer shake the day before, the next morning I will have a healthy fat looking arm!

But if I don't eat the salmon filet and drink the shake that day, the next morning my arm is FLAKE THIN AGAIN!!!

Salmon is expensive where I live and I am wondering:

WHAT FOODS CAN I EAT THAT WILL HELP THICKEN ME UP???

I assume it is the protein that I get out of the salmon which produces this thicker upper arm???

WHAT FOODS HAVE LOTS OF PROTEIN???

THANKS FOR ANY HELP!

I very much doubt the salmon fillet has any bearing on the size of your arm the next day. This is most likely due to the fact your arm is filled with more blood from training.

Foods to build you up should be like Tuna, chicken breast, steak, turkey mince.

These are very high in protein.

You ALSO need to consume a lot of calories or carbs such as wholemeal pasta, wholemeal breads, porridge, cereals.

In order to sustain a high muscle mass you need to eat more food.

In order to be a bigger person, you need to eat the same amount as a bigger person.

Ya I believe lb for lb chicken breast has the highest concentration of protein and I agree with googlepig's comments.

Lb for Lb , ostrich meat has more protein per oz. also 99% lean. I have a relative with an ostrich farm. Awesome tasting stuff too. 30 grams per little stick like a slim jim.

Good god I want an ostrich...

Tuna is the best lb. for lb though...I think...better than chicken breast, at least, especially in terms of cost.

Very true. Plus no preparation is required for tuna.
