How to eat when on?

allot of great advice all ready up here,
Get on the whole milk though! as much of it in you as you can a day, along with (as brought-up) a high carb intake.
i've started cooking up some pancakes (with a dammn lot of oats mixed in) and then i peanut butter them up and eat with a choice of fruit, for my in-between meals snacks aswell as pre/ post work out snack.
highly worth it.
 
You guys are right, why have I been eating like a fairy???????? I guess I was way too worried about overbloating (if that's a word). I have taken this shit in the past and got big, but in the shape of a watermelon. I wanted to stay lean and mean, so I basically cut all carb out. I mean, not all, but I been eating way too lean.

if you are gonna put on mass and strength you are gonna put on some fat also. no way around it, we are not made of steel.
 
I am taking sust and equ with dbol.
I just started my cycle this week. Here is my diet.

break meal replacement w/ 2 cups 1% milk
mid morning 6 oz chicken 1 1/2 cups rice
lunch 5 oz lean beef 1 1/2 cups plain pasta and 2 cups green veg
mid afternoon meal replacement with 2 cups 1%milk
post workout 60gr isolates with 80grams waxy maise or equiv.
supper 6 oz chick 1 1/2 cups rice
bedtime 12 triscuits, 1 cup cottage cheese or yogurt 1%
4 tablespoons almond butter.

4 days training a week 2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off.
plus 4-5 l. of water a day. and two big cheat meals a week

yes Igain weight but it's the way to get results
