I am 28 m with 200 lbs weight and I started going to the gym from Feb 1,2009. I go to the GYM 4-5 times a week in the morning 745- 9:00am. I bought this supplement protein powder:
I am not able to decide what would be the best way to eat it. The powder box says to eat one scoop after work-out and then one or two scoops later in the day. But the guy who sold this. told me that I should eat 1 scoop before going to the GYM, then eat 1 scoop after work-out, then eat 1 scoop between breakfast and lunch and finally one scoop between lunch and supper.And I was just wondering, after workout in the morning if I eat one scoop, can I drink tea and have breakfast in the next 15-20 minutes or I have to wait for an hour or so....
I am really confused how to go with this and would appreciate if some expert can throw some help here...
