I'm trying to cut some fat and trim up my abs. I am currently doing cardio 3 times a week for 20 min after my workouts and abs once a week.

My question is when should i do my cardio, for how long, and should i do a fast walk or a jog for my cardio.

Thanks for the advice. ANY HELP APPRECIATED!!!!!!!!!!!

I am always battling the bulge, especially after a bulking cycle,

Cardio-according to the experts is best in the morning, if that is not possible do it before your workout, Personally I have to go for 40 minutes hard at least 4 times a week, my choice is the stationary bike with a book. A brisk walk will not cut it.

Diet is critical and abs I would work more than twice a week, at least 3 times a week.

From a gear standpoint DNP will help you lose weight, the sides are significant, and you can expect to lose fat and muscle, whinny and fina with clen is a nice cutting combo.

good advice....just want to emphasise the last point on FINA. :)

HIGH PROTEIN LOW CARBS WORK FOR ME. BUT MY BF STAYS BELOW AVG REGARDLESS OF WHAT I EAT.
