how to choose a female steroid stack

Currently I'm in my 20's, weigh 190 lbs, and am 167 cm tall.

I want to lose weight and gain muscle, does anyone have any good advice that

My main goal is to increase my lean muscle mass
Steroids don't do that. Diet and hard training do,
First we need to know about you and your training and diet. Have you used any AAS in the past?
Can you list what you typically eat in a day and what your weekly training involves?
Posting a pic would also be helpful so we can see what we are working with.
Females need to be very careful with steroids. You are still very young to start messing with your hormones.

so you want actual advice or just guessing? we cant tell you if you need to use anavar becuase you're 190lbs
we need to know more about you, your diet training cardio
you need to share more what you doing NOW? how?
start a NEW thread with your LOG journal diary and post up your diet training cardio and history in it and we can talk anavar there

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
