Bump this up, I totally agree. You've been a big help to me b true, you say you've done a few cycles but most peoel rely totally on juice, but it seems like you've got huge without much of it. Food is the way to go, people make comments to me about what all I eat. My dad at least. Sure I have some bf to get rid of now but whatever, i'll get rid of it very soon. I am only 17 like I say but here is what I buy at walmart and it lasts for 5 days.
2 gallons of milk
4 gallons of water
gallon of orange juice
12 eggs
3 boxes of minute rice (I am currently using a big box of instant rice so i dont have to buy every week, but im cutting carbs low right now)
1 lb of ground beef
About 120 ounces of chicken breasts, (I eat about 6 per day)
8-12 cans of tuna
Big container of yogurt which I usually finish the first day
Maybe some snack cakes or pudding
Uhh all of a sudden my list looks small compared to yours, I guess for 5 days and 17 yrs old its not too bad.
