How to become bigger and stronger!!!

B Fold, the recipe for growth you ave suggested of food, hard training and consistency is just too simple for most folks. They wont beleive and certainly wont follow it. Too many still looking for that magic pill or Hugeness in a bottle.

I know what you mean, I get that from my housemate all the time, he really pisses me off sometimes. He says he doesnt eat anything that smells like fish and always complains about the amount of food I eat. He is about 6ft 1 and 170, he runs for his lifeand complains he never puts on muscle.

I swear I shall kill him someday; when I am low on money for food.
 
I need to be eating eggs again..I know I do. As my contest nears I will probably try to add a dozen a day back into my diet. Will need more food for growth.

I do cardio...in my own way. Did you look at my pics? That is cardio. Try flipping a 2,000lb car a few times and watch your heart rate jump. Flip a 700+lb tire several times (15 straight) and then die right there in the driveway. Do the heavy farmer's walks with about 1 minute rest between sets. Pull a suburban for sets of 125ft uphill. Drag a sled for distance or sprint with it. Try the atlas stones. They are all forms of cardio and they work.


Y_Lifter: If that kind of food would cause you to put on the pounds...then why not eat like this? Don't you want to get bigger? I do. Sure...I gain a little fat here and there...but not much. I can barely pinch anything when I stand and even have cross-striations in my outter quads. That is genetic though in my legs...always had lean legs.

heavywear: you are correct. People ask me all the time, do you use creatine, what supps do you use, do you like that MyoPlex that you drink and does it help. What can I say to them? I drink MyoPlex because it is easy for me to down after I train. I train in my garage and outside. It is either very hot or very cold in Kentucky...so eating after my workouts is very hard to do. And MyoPlex was on sale at Vitamin World...so I bought a bunch of it.

oink oink.... at work they call it feeding time :) hehe...

i just have to eat every 2 hours or so, or i'll get lethargic... and if my diet isn't on, well, my workouts suffer and my muscles get sore.. just blah all around... food is my fuel, without it i don't function properly... that's always been my take at a 'diet' ... when i get to 'cutting' or whatever i won't be changing what i eat much, i'll just have to take a meal out... and try to reason with my stomach :)

Bump this up, I totally agree. You've been a big help to me b true, you say you've done a few cycles but most peoel rely totally on juice, but it seems like you've got huge without much of it. Food is the way to go, people make comments to me about what all I eat. My dad at least. Sure I have some bf to get rid of now but whatever, i'll get rid of it very soon. I am only 17 like I say but here is what I buy at walmart and it lasts for 5 days.

2 gallons of milk

4 gallons of water

gallon of orange juice

12 eggs

3 boxes of minute rice (I am currently using a big box of instant rice so i dont have to buy every week, but im cutting carbs low right now)

1 lb of ground beef

About 120 ounces of chicken breasts, (I eat about 6 per day)

8-12 cans of tuna

Big container of yogurt which I usually finish the first day

Maybe some snack cakes or pudding

Uhh all of a sudden my list looks small compared to yours, I guess for 5 days and 17 yrs old its not too bad.
 
I am on my 2nd cycle right now. My first was earlier this year for contest prep. I currently weigh about 285-290...but weighed 275 from 152 without ever touching anything!!!! Hard work makes the lifter...not the gear.

Phem: all the guys at work laugh at me because I eat so much. They eat a bag of chips or a hot dog...and I'm cooking rice, veggies, chicken, oatmeal, and tons of stuff every day. The microwave never gets a rest!!! That's ok...they finally got me a 4x officer uniform that barely fits:)

Garza: I firmly believe that someday you will be a monster. Being a monster is something felt deep inside, not on the outter appearance. Read 1 Samuel 16:7 I believe where they are looking for a new king. Read it alot!!!!!!! When I was 152lbs and all the 200lb guys laughed at me when I was killing myself in the gym...I just kept my cool. Now they still weigh 200lbs and I've been over the 300lb mark. I'm still humble though.
