that's fugggin impressive, proly the most impressive sporting feat

no clue. . .at this point in my life what with my frigged-up knees and all. . .i wouldn't even run to save my own life. . .

the run would be the easy part, the swim i would drown.
i can run decent, but absolutley have no endurance in the agua

same here...ironic thing is I used to run long distance in high school, but I used to have high arches on my feet and for whatever reason they have fallen and I overpronate(sp?) to where my feet roll inwards and fuck up my gate when running.

its not even a matter of being tired...feels like when I run every step somebody is whacking the inside of my knees with a chisel.

i have no cartilage in either knee and the ends of the bones ain't lookin' so good either. . .i get synvisc injections every six months and i wear a bionicare device on both of my knees when i sleep. . .as a result, i still get around pretty good. . .but it's only a matter of time. . .
