How the heck do I unsubscribe???

Does anyone know how to unsubscribe? I do not want to be associated with this website. I signed on in haste before I realize what this was!!! and now it seems impossible to get any help.

Tried that already - there's no option under options to actually remove myself from this site...any other ideas? am I missing something?
