How much would I weigh if I got ripped?

I am 5ft 11" and 220lbs at about 15% Bodyfat.

If I was to get ripped with bodyfat at about 5% how much would I weigh? (Average).

This modelling agency wants me, but I have to get a ripped model look, and to tell the truth, I hate that puny look. I would be happy to be ripped at 210lbs, but is this possible in 30 days?

Go on a strict diet, high in protein and low in carbs. Drink ONLY water (a shitload of it). Cardio at least 4 times a week at least 40 minutes per session. Hit some Winny at 100mg a day. Fina might also help. Take some sort of diuretic in the last week. That might get you there. You'll be ripped that's for damn sure. You'll probably only lose 10 pounds since you have some BF to play with. The muscle you gain will almost even out your weight.
 
Do the math. 220lbs at 15%bf means you are carrying 33lbs of fat. lose 15lbs of fat and it would put you at about 7%bf.
 
So far it sounds doable. I put you at about 210 (Probably less if you lose some water at the end), Corn puts you at about 200 and Zyg at about 205.

Do it and let us know.

You may lose 3-5 lbs of fat at the absolute max. If you do mad cardio like Enigmaxx reccomended you will be sure to lose muscle as well. Also you will put your body in starvation mode, this will most likely lead you to bienging and you will be worse off then when you started, with a higher fat and loss in muscle. Best thing you can do is ease your way into it and do a routine that wont leave you depleated and starved after 2 days. Just follow it through and increasing the cardio week by week. If you are lucky you can trim off a few lbs of adipose tissue. Hell even hardcre competitors need 16-12 weeks w/ then help of t3 and clen to get to 5%. And as fat as you are 30 days is a unrealistic approach.

You are correct, slipup on my part. When I "did the math" :D, i did not reduce body weight by amount of fat lost, I used 220lbs with 15lbs of fat :), silly me, hadnt finished my coffee yet :)

I do it every year. I don't lose muscle and in most cases gain some. As long as you eat often and keep your protein intake high. Of course I am on Winny when I do this so I am not losing muscle. I am usually ripped in 4 weeks. Easy. My BF drops to about 5 - 6%. Of course I'm not starting at 15% either. I can't believe how many cardiophobics they have here. Damn I hate cardio as much as the next guy but I know what works too.
