How much would I weigh if I got ripped?

LOL, could be that, or the fact that when I use tren I always gain lots of mass AND lose BF :D

you need to lose about 23 lbs. of fat.

now, i am no expert on this (this is rehashed shit i've heard) but T3 & DNP is a good fat loss drug. if you cycle the DNP with clenbuterol (take T3 the whole month, then do a week of DNP, then a week of clen, then a week of dnp, then a week of clen) you may lose 20 lbs this month. maybe. i have no idea. that's a theoretical cycle i have no idea how it'd work in real life.
 
Before you do anything hit the DNP as long as you can tolerate it. Definitely keep us updated, I'm actually in the same boat (they looked at me and said they'd sign me if I had abs).

I'm at 12% and need to get down to 7%, I'm guesstimating... so need to lose ca. 10lbs of blubber.

That's more than it sounds.
 
The guys already explained how you should do. My question is: What kind of modelling agency want's their male modells to have 5% bf? Bro, 5% is very low. When I was to compete in Athletic Fitness my bf was 4% and that was just during the last days. It's not healthy for you with such a low bf during a longer period.

I think they don't give a rat's ass what your percentage is, they just want you to LOOK good - mine didn't say anything about %, they just said "abs" - 'nuff said :)

I know some people at 10% who have 'em, I'm just not as genetically gifted, so I know I have to drop further. I assume Toenail is the same way.

no way you are going to come in at 210 with 5% bodyfat.
IMPOSSIBLE.
Furthermore even if calculated, experience showed me sometimes you need to loose more weight to see those abs.
So if you get there at 195-200 lbs you should be happy. (Just a wild guess).

Seriously, if you lost 10 lbs (which is possible in 4 weeks) you would be at 10-11% BF. Add a diuretic, and your set.

Go on an extreme pre-contest diet:

This was my last diet: (I weigh roughly 200lbs):

Meal 1: 20g of whey (Bcaa's would be better)

Cardio: 40mins on a treadmill 70% of max heart rate

Meal 2: 2 eggs, 45g of whey, 20g of oatmeal

Meal 3: 2 chicken Breasts, 1 slice of whole wheat bread

Meal 4(pre-workout): 10g of Raw Honey, 25 g of whey

Train: High Volume(20 sets), supersets, 10-12 reps per set

Meal 5(post-workout): Powerade, 25g of whey.

Meal 6: 40g of egg/milk powder, 20g of oatmeal

Meal 7: 1 cup of Black Beans, 2 cans of tuna, 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Meal 8: half a container of no fat cottage cheese.

Total: 160g of carbs, 320g of protein, 50g of fat.

On non-training days, lower carbs to 120-130g

Add some clen, winny/anavar/fina/T3, whatever, and you are definetely going to lose 10 lbs if not more.
 
where these just random modeling agencies you popped in on? Shit I want a job like that, where would I find them in NYC?
 
Jeff_rys is on track here. For myself and every other BB I know that has done serious dieting, precontest or otherwise, you end up losing at least 30% more weight than you initially expect and your BF, if tested correctly, is usually at least 25% higher than you would think. I would guess you'll fall around 185-190, depending on AS use, if you diet down to 5%.
