I think I put on a pair of 25lb plates the first time I tried benching, so that'd be 95lbs. That was at the beginning of grade 10. Was up to 135 ( feeling cool because I could put on the BIG plates...LOL) in no time flat though.
When I was 12 years old (beginning of 8th grade) I remember doing the bar (45lbs) for about 20 reps. we never actually put any plates on in gym, so I never got around to a max. I never lifted again though until about three years ago. and that has been sporatic at best.
